Sheep Hunt
Based on Where is the Green Sheep?
For 7 to 17 months, with parent
7, 9, 14, 16 September 2016 (one-day workshop)
10.30am to 11.30am
$50 per child (with parent)
Parent and child are led on a wild adventure in the land of sheep as they look for that elusive green sheep among the scared, brave, ‘wind’, ‘wave’, ‘bath’, ‘bed’, red and blue varieties! All will experience the magic of Drama through music, movement, simple props and rhyming text. The child will also discover colours and the concept of opposites.
Snuggle Up and Sleep
Based on Time for Bed
For 18 to 36 months, with parent
6, 8, 13, 15 September 2016 (one-day workshop)
10.30am to 11.45am
$60 per child (with parent)
Parent and child are invited to a slumber party where in no time at all, sleep and Dreamland will beckon! Drama Educators will guide participants along as they play out this beautiful story and learn new words at the same time.
A Curly Straight
Based on The Straight Line Wonder
For 3 to 4 year olds
5 to 9 September 2016 (five drop-off sessions, 2 hours each)
13 to 16 September 2016 (four drop-off sessions, 2 ½ hours each)
Various time slots
$300 per child
As children discover the straight line who wants to twirl, point and creep, they will be taught about the value of being true to themselves as they discover the world of Drama through characterisation, creative thoughts and movement. They will get to ‘un-straighten’ themselves in a performance for family and friends at the end of the programme.
Wherever The Hat Lands
Based on The Magic Hat
For 5 to 7 year olds
5 to 9 September 2016 (five drop-off sessions, 2 hours each)
13 to 16 September 2016 (four drop-off sessions, 2 ½ hours each)

Using witty rhyming verses, this enchanting story will transport the child into a world where anything can happen. As he or she discovers the magical hat that appears out of nowhere and transforms everything it lands on into giant and playful animals, little ones will also build self-confidence, courage and determination, as well as develop creativity and perseverance. The performance promises to be a delightful mix of chaos, twists and turns!
