“Again” brings together four works by George Wong that explore chance, repetition, opportunity, and the desire of having another go. Taking familiar gestures, such as buying a lottery ticket and rolling a die, as its starting point, the exhibition comes together to ask what it means to take a shot.

At its heart, “Again” sits with the absurdity of odds and likelihood while leaving open what it means to try again. Another attempt might bring a different outcome. Or it might simply return us to the same actions, the same mistakes, and the same uncertainty as before.
