AGE 3 AND ABOVE (THE GUN SHOW) is a new exhibition in progress by Dutch artist Iskander Walen. An exploration into the existence of toy guns. Walen’s obsession with mankind’s obvious but largely ignored contradictions continues with AGE 3 AND ABOVE. The title of the exhibition is taken from the advisory of toy gun packaging advising the buyer that the toy machine gun or hand gun they are purchasing is not suitable for children under 3 years of age.
