We know Edward Choy as an actor for the better part of the last 20 years. After graduating with an M.A. in Theatre from the National University of Singapore in 2008, Edward entered the world of banking, managing the finances of a diverse portfolio of clients from new parents to educators, artists to venture capitalists, hawkers to CEOs. Edward has since left his banking job to be a freelance independent, investing and managing his own money. He strongly believes that freelancers can live, work and retire with peace of mind. Hence, in this two-hour session, he will explain the basics of savings, the importance of insurance, and how to invest strategically. He will further shed light on why freelancers are in the best position to create their own unique retirement plan.
