Happening over one weekend only from 12 to 13 April, be swept away by exciting performances, captivating storytelling sessions and drop-in experiences that celebrate the timeless artistry of batik. From an enchanting wayang kulit performance featuring puppets adorned in batik patterns to unleashing your creativity at our hands-on workshops, there’s something for everyone this weekend from seasoned enthusiasts to curious visitors alike.
Visitors can enjoy most programmes for free, with discounted admission to the special exhibition during the festival. Alternatively, the first 50 visitors per day who come dressed in sarong kebayas or batik outfits will get free admission to the exhibition during programme hours.
