With Lost Cinema, Brian Gothong Tan deconstructs tropes found in Asian filmography. The experimental two-week project combines live performance with multi-channel video installation and reveals links between narrative-making, dreams and the nature of images.

Brian Gothong Tan is an artist working in theatre, film and installation. He graduated from the California Institute of the Arts in 2005 and was conferred the Young Artist Award in 2012.
