Mud Rock is a Singapore-based ceramic studio founded by a pair of ceramic lovers who bonded over beautiful ceramics and the joy in making them. Over the past 10 years, they have accumulated a list of clients including restaurant Wild Rocket, Marina Bay Sands, National Heritage Board, and of course, the quirky individual.
In this workshop, the Mud Rock team will kick-off with an eye-opening on-the-spot demonstration of how the National Gallery Singapore exhibition candle cups were made. Each participants will also get to mould their very own ceramic bowl, pick up basic pottery techniques under the guidance of the pros, and take their creations home for proud display after they have been fired and glazed by Mud Rock.
