Organised by the Hwi Yoh Group under Sam Mui Kuang Pottery, Ceramix 2019 is a ceramic exhibition featuring the works of 24 artists. This is the eighth and largest exhibition by the Hwi Yoh Group since 1995. Despite coming from different backgrounds and having different styles in their works, these artists share a common passion for ceramic art.

The Hwi Yoh Group was named after the famous Dragon Kiln operated by the Chua family that was once located at Jalan Hwi Yoh. While the historic kiln had since been demolished, the group continues to operate and flourish at its current premise at Jalan Kelulut in Seletar Hills Estate today.
