*SCAPE is excited to announce the 2025 edition of its arts festival, comma, a community-driven celebration designed to bring together young creatives to connect, collaborate, and showcase their talents. From 31 December 2024 to 26 January 2025, join us for a month-long celebration of all things creative—music, dance, visual arts, and everything in between. comma aims to play an essential role in Singapore’s creative ecosystem by providing young people a space to explore, experiment, and showcase their talents. Through engaging and meaningful works, the festival encourages reflection on themes from social issues to personal stories, sparking conversations and connections among audiences. From emerging talents to those with established voices, comma aligns with *SCAPE’s mission of “Boundless Possibilities” through fostering collaboration, mentorship, and growth for Singapore’s youth to contribute to Singapore’s flourishing arts community.
This year, comma embraces a new theme, “PAST x PRESENT = FUTURE,” reflecting on the influence of history and present-day realities in shaping the future of art and society. By encouraging artists to draw from tradition, heritage, and the evolving world around them, *SCAPE hopes to inspire young creators to produce works that resonate with today’s audiences while providing a glimpse into artistic landscapes of tomorrow.
