Common Ground shines the spotlight on void decks and the familiar void deck tables as captured through the unique perspective of local photographer Jonathan Tan. Featuring a total of 54 photographs from his Lepak Downstairs series, Common Ground pays tribute to the humble void deck tables and showcases their visually striking shapes and colours. In the process, the exhibition hopes to give cause for visitors to pause and take a closer look at the beauty of these utilitarian yet unique public furniture in our heartlands.
