An exhibition by Chok Si Xuan, and her expanded investigation into what she calls the ‘materiality of technology’, referring to the behaviours in which materials, minerals, metals, crystals are used, whose behaviours are developed and engineered into the systems and devices that we surround ourselves with. Exploring scientific, historical and gendered dimensions, this exhibition expresses the material and bodily entanglements we might find when we go under the surface of such systems.
