Mr Yeo Chee Kiong’s Solo Exhibition “Corporeal | Real Copper” is a rediscovered collection of pink-bronze tabletop sculptures—works once incomplete, unearthed from a forgotten corner of the studio. Now, time has etched its traces into the sculptor’s own face.
His early pursuit of perfect bronze casting was a way to touch the tangible texture of eternity. Yet as the years pass, one wonders: does the eternal beauty he sought still transcend the erosion of time—does it still exist, here, in this present moment?
