In spirit of Festejo Colombiano, graffiti writer Didier ‘JABA’ Mathieu’s works reside at Kult Gallery. For their final viewing, the gallery will extend its opening hours on 22 July, joining in the festivities of the Colombian National Day party, Festejo Colombiano (A Colombian Celebration).
Through JABA’s artwork, expect the eclecticism of the Futurist metropolis along with the warmth of an urban culture authenticity. This is evident in his presentation of both – original drawings that were later blown up to create wall murals, and life-size graffiti works completed on canvas.
