Synopsis: In 2009, Michel Bras is running a three-Michelin-starred restaurant at the heart of Aubrac (France), when he decides to step down in favor of his son, Sébastien. But how can one transmit the achievement of one’s life work? How can a son take over his father’s work without living in his shadow? This movie follows a family over three generations, and is a beautiful reflection on the transmission of a heritage and a know-how.
