COVID-19 has made us question the significance of capitalism that is underpinned by goods of mass manufacture. “Forager Things”, a showcase inspired by apocalyptic scenarios (in films) where survivors create essential tools by foraging for things, presents two collections of objects that encourage us to rewire our perspectives towards mass-produced items. A future where society can relearn how to build and connect through analogue means is possible again.
