If you’re not funny, this workshop is not for you. Gwee Li Sui –– author of books such as Who Wants to Buy a Book of Poems?, The Other Merlion and Friends, and Spiaking Singlish –– cannot help you in that department. But, if you enjoy a good laugh and want to spread the joy around by writing, then this merrymaking workshop welcomes you! Gwee will explain some basics to humour writing and then guide you on how to structure or tailor your gags. Participants are expected to write during the session, so be warned, idle kings or queens!

This workshop will be 2 hours long and conducted on Zoom.
