As part of Gillman Barracks Programme Office (GBPO)’s programming efforts to inculcate and encourage the appreciation of Singapore contemporary visual arts and to develop interest in art collecting, GBPO is looking to produce a series of six (6) 10 minute videos to engage audiences on topics such as visual literacy and gallery appreciation.
Artists, collectives, creatives, organisations and art intermediaries are welcome to participate in the Open Call. Proposals that involve collaborations with foreigners are eligible, as long as the lead applicant (who plays a lead role in the project management and production) and at least half the artistic team/project team is Singaporean or PR.
