But Not Boring is looking for participants who are interested in filmmaking and visual art, and who want a chance to showcase in an exhibition.
The workshop, led by Isaiah Cheng, Art Director of VOID, will teach you the basic tools of filmmaking, post-production editing, and the concept of triptych art—a picture in three parts. Inspired by the creative brief devised in Gratitude Lab 1.0, participants will be creating a short film about gratitude, to be played on three channels simultaneously. The most creative film will be screened in a culminating exhibition.
Gratitude Lab 2.0 is curated and co-facilitated by But Not Boring (Ong Xue Min and Tan Shao Yun), and is part of the Community Arts Residency Project@RP, organised by Republic Polytechnic and supported by the National Arts Council.
Registration is free at bit.ly/GratitudeLab2. Workshop participants must be able to attend all three sessions.
