In the first year as a gallery, Hatch Art Project has presented five exhibitions exploring a range of contemporary themes. Aptly set within the heart of Singapore’s bustling central business district, the exhibitions we have staged touched on ideas surrounding food, home, clothing, technology, and exhaustion; topics that examine what it means to live and work in a globalised city. To mark the first anniversary of Hatch Art Project, the current exhibition relooks at a selection of artworks that were previously presented in the past year.
