“Hiding in Singapore: The Journey Between”: Last chance to catch the Invisible Man – Liu Bolin live-in-action at Singapore Art Week 2025!
Step into the extraordinary world of Liu Bolin, the international artist renowned for being the “Invisible Man,” as he returns to Singapore for an unprecedented artistic endeavour during Singapore Art Week 2025. Set against the iconic backdrop of the Civic District, this monumental performance will weave together Singapore’s rich multicultural tapestry and nation-building journey into a breathtaking living masterpiece.
We are seeking passionate individuals to join us in three vital capacities:
PAINTERS
Collaborate directly with Liu Bolin’s artistic team to create the intricate body paintings that form the heart of his famous “invisible” portraits. Whether you’re a student, professional or an enthusiastic amateur with steady hands, your brushstrokes will help bring this vision to life.
PARTICIPANTS
Become one of the human canvases in this grand visual symphony. You’ll be transformed through the art of camouflage painting to become part of a larger narrative celebrating Singapore’s diamond jubilee. No experience necessary – just enthusiasm and the ability to maintain stillness during the creation process.
PEOPLE MANAGERS
Help orchestrate this large-scale public art event by ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the experience for both participants and audience. Your role will be crucial in making this ambitious project possible.
