A heating planet is the hot body no one ever wanted. While our climate has changed, the way we dress has not. HOT BODIES is an investigation into the innovative ways apparel and wearables can help us radically rethink how we dress, feel, and be “hot” in the 21st century.
Targeting heat, humidity, and UV radiation, HOT BODIES gathers 10 international creatives to respond to a global problem. Ranging from ready-to-wear and accessible sun accessories, to conceptual fashion and speculative designs, explore the possibilities of designing for heat in the near and far future.
