HYPERNATURAL is a solo exhibition by Natalie Avigdor (Israel), showcasing video, drawings and prints.
People evolve and develop great technology, using resources out of nature. The urban environments drive out the natural habitants (animals and plants) because they transform the original milieu. What happens when human factor is absent? Will artificial structures and man made technology start a relationship of their own?
Natalie graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem with a B.A, fine arts in 2016. Prior to that, she had been awarded a number of awards and fellowships, including the SAS international photo challenge as the runner up in 2013. She has had numerous solo exhibitions and group exhibitions since 2012 in various countries, including Sweden, USA and Israel. Her works are varied and includes paintings, performance and video.
