Photography is often described as the death of a moment — yet it is also a way of returning to presence. In Our Own Frame brings together 22 image-makers who pause, breathe, and reclaim moments that matter. Each work functions as a quiet act of reflection, a way of listening inward and holding space for what moves us.
This exhibition emerges from POV: Photowalks, a year-long programme by photographer Benjamin Tan, where participants from all walks of life explored photography as a tool for self-expression and reconnection. Additionally, works from Women in Street Singapore (WiSSG) and the wider photography community broaden this collective reflection, forming a wall of shared experiences and personal anchors. Step into these frames and encounter the textures of daily life, held with intention.
