Gwen from soma folk spent two and a half years in Tokushima, Japan practicing the craft of indigo dyeing and farming. During the workshop, she will share about her journey and full process of indigo farming from seeds to making a sukumo indigo vat. Participants will have hands-on experiencing dyeing with indigo and also explore different techniques to create their unique, desired pattern.
