The recent solo of Aaron Gan, Joy, at UOB Art Gallery, UOB Plaza 1 has done so well that Aaron will continue there with a second solo show till the end of October. From yesterday, the sold-out first show has been taken down and rehung with brand-new works. Joy 2 will give clients a second opportunity of access to this much coveted series.

It will be the first time that UOB, Aaron and Utterly Art are managing back-to-back consecutive solo shows by the same artist in the same location! Reserved for UOB Painting of the Year alumni, Aaron has been given the privilege of exhibiting at the gallery after winning the 2015 UOB Painting of the Year, Established Category, Gold Award, Singapore, the highest level achieved by a watercolour painter in the UOB competition.

As in Joy, Aaron’s bird-and-flowers paintings are executed not in Chinese ink but in his signature watercolour medium.

All works were painted in 2016.
