Kim Sunwoo

Kim Sunwoo is a South Korean artist whose practice centers on the dodo bird as a recurring motif through which he explores themes of dreams, possibility, and free will in contemporary life. Over the course of his career, Kim has held eighteen solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions internationally. His work has been featured in residencies across Korea, Japan, and the United States, and he has collaborated with a wide range of leading cultural and commercial brands, including Hyundai Motor Company, LG Electronics, Bvlgari, Starbucks, the Lotte Cultural Foundation, and Santa Maria Novella.
