Empty Valley Hermit is Liu Xuanqi’s first solo exhibition.
Born in 1977 in China, Liu Xuanqi graduated from University of Shanghai, in ink and print making. He is now based in Singapore, has since participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in important galleries in China and South-East Asian region. This solo exhibition will featured his new contemporary ink and colors on papers artworks which he excel in, since 2015 to 2017. This series of artworks will illustrate his unique paintings skills and painting processes.
