Metaphors Be With You (MBWY) is a curated spoken personal essay presentation held at least once a month at our studio. They are open to anyone who submits a story that meets the MBWY Submission Guidelines.

Our first theme for 2016 is: Love/Hate.

Think about it: The first person or thing you think of in the morning or last person you think of in the night, is either the cause of your happiness, or your pain.
