Singaporeans looking forward to usher in the Year of the Ox next year are in for a delightful surprise with Asia’s first drive-through exhibition, ‘Moo Moo PARK’!
From 22 January to 28 March 2021, the Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre, in partnership with The MeshMinds Foundation, will transform the Centre’s car park into an immersive art experience that spotlights an important celebration of our Chinese culture, as well as the importance of sustainability.
Upon stepping into Moo Moo PARK, visitors will learn how eight local artists – Almostasthma, André Wee, ANTZ, Danielle Tay, Howie Kim, Mithra, Puffingmuffin and Toby Tan – have worked with local creative technology studio, MeshMinds, to interpret elements of our Chinese culture into selfies and augmented reality murals, using Instagram powered by Spark AR from Facebook. Through a digital showcase on the Centre’s website, people will be able to enjoy the augmented reality artworks from the comfort of their own home with a smartphone.
