Palette Japan invites mothers, daughters, and craft lovers to mark Mother’s Day with something truly unforgettable. Join an intimate Tsumami Zaiku workshop where participants will fold and sculpt upcycled Japanese Yukata fabric — dyed using the 200-year-old Chusen Dyeing technique — into exquisite floral blooms, assembled into a one-of-a-kind handmade Mothers’ Day card.
This workshop is conducted by Freya Teo, a Certified Advanced Tsumami Zaiku Trainer who has completed the full certification process under Palette Japan’s rigorous training programme.
With her dedication, expertise and passion for this traditional Japanese craft, Freya ensures every participant receives personalised guidance and leaves with both a beautiful creation and a newfound appreciation for Tsumami Zaiku.
