For the first time in Asia, Cédric Klapisch, famous French director (Chinese Puzzle, The Spanish Appartment, etc.) will be presenting a series of photography work at la galerie Alliance Française. Presented by Alliance Française de Singapour and co-presented with the Parisian Galerie Cinema Anne-Dominique Toussaint, Côte-d’or Tourisme and Le Château du Clos de Vougeot, the exhibition features 3 French artists, Cédric Klapisch, Emmanuelle Jacobson-Roques and Michel Baudoin, and will bring you backstage of Cédric Klapisch´s latest feature Ce qui nous lie (Back to Burgundy).

Part of the French Film Festival, the exhibition will take place from 26 October to 25 November 2017 at la galerie. The photography pieces will disclose research pictures of the wine region where the landscape has been shaped by human’s hand and the nature changes through the seasons, which nourished Klapisch for his movie Ce qui nous lie. With passion and details, the artists use the power of the imageries to evoke the beauty of Mother Nature with understanding of the human eye.

Two guided tours are also organized with Cedric Klapisch, Emmanuelle Jacobson-Roques and Michel Baudoin on the 15 November from 6pm to 6.30pm and from 6.30pm to 7pm. Participant should register on Alliance Francaise website.
