The classic comedy, Richard Bean’s One Man Two Guvnors, is gracing the Singapore stage next week for the very first time. With gangsters, love, mayhem and a live skiffle band, it’s the show this year that’s expected to leave the audience in tears – of laughter.
Put on by Singapore’s oldest theatre company, The Stage Club, One Man Two Guvnors is the English adaptation of Servant of Two Masters, a 1743 Commedia dell’arte style comedy play by the Italian playwright Carlo Goldoni.
