Every decade at the same seaside chalet, five friends gather beneath the shadow of an eclipse, marking the ever-changing tides of their lives…

One minute, you’re a reckless teenager with big dreams; the next, you’re a “responsible” grown-up wondering how everything got so complicated. First loves, epic fails, questionable decisions… Who said growing pains stop at adulthood?!

But aiya, we’ll figure it out together! Life’s tempo may shift, but some melodies stay on repeat.

A heartwarmingly irreverent celebration of our nation’s journey, told through the songs that defined us; the hotly-anticipated jukebox musical features Mandopop hits from Tan Kah Beng, Jimmy Ye, Lee Shih Shiong, Lee Wei Shiong, Stefanie Sun, Xiaohan, Eric Ng, Tanya Chua and more — plus a brand-new musical number by Xiaohan and Julian Wong.

Starring Joanna Dong, Derrick Hoh, Ric Liu, Jean Seizure and Chriz Tong. Directed by Kuo Jian Hong (Lao Jiu: The Musical, If There’re Seasons…), with story by Jonathan Lim and Practice Associate Artist Ng Mun Poh.

欢唱那些成就我们的经典歌曲，致敬我们共同走过的时代篇章！实践剧场重磅推出全新原创华语音乐剧——《逆光》，汇聚陈佳明、叶良俊、李偲菘、李伟菘、孙燕姿、小寒、黄韵仁、蔡健雅等本地音乐人流行金曲，并独家呈现由黄有杰作曲、小寒作词的全新原创歌曲。

由《老九》音乐剧、《天冷就回来》和《都是当兵惹的祸》导演郭践红执导，编剧林志坚与实践剧场艺术工作者吴敏宝共同创作撰写，董姿彦、何维健、刘晋旭、吴思佳和汤薇恩倾情加盟，带领观众踏上这部本土音乐时光机！
