Performative Practices Showcase

The Performative Practices Showcase, presented by the Faculty of Art & Design’s School of Fine Art (SFA), Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, University of the Arts Singapore, marks a significant celebration of artistic innovation and cultural dialogue. Featuring alumni of SFA, the event spotlights emerging voices in performance and time-based art, poised to shape the future of contemporary art in Singapore and beyond. Mentored by renowned Singapore-based performance maker Pat Toh, these artists will present boundary-pushing works that explore the intersections of identity, place, and artistic relevance in today’s fast-evolving global landscape. This showcase affirms NAFA’s commitment to nurturing forward-thinking artists who challenge conventions and inspire critical engagement within the arts community.
