Pesta Raya – Malay Festival of Arts coincides with the celebration of Hari Raya Aidilfitri and takes place from 4 – 7 August 2016. The festival celebrates Malay culture and arts by showcasing the best from the Nusantara (Malay Archipelego) in theatre, dance and music. This year, the festival features headline acts that showcase well-loved music icons and productions that have made their presence felt beyond the Nusantara, demonstrating the reach, influences and conversations that Malay culture and the arts have within the region and beyond.
