Learn about the trades and lives of Singapore’s early immigrants in this outdoor walking trail around a quiet enclave amidst bustling Chinatown. Visit places of worship and old shophouses built in the 1800s, and take a close look at interesting fruit and spice trees planted along the way. Don’t miss the old well at the foot of Ann Siang Hill, from which residents used to collect fresh water.
