In Rhetorical Territories, Tom White examines notions of cultural policy and ‘kampung spirit’ in the Waterloo Centre community
In Who Cares?, Kelvin looks at the issue of caregiving for the elderly, in a country where social policy assume that senior citizens should be cared for by the younger generation and the community.
