Rumah Saya is a group exhibition celebrating the nation’s 60th anniversary. It features 18 works by 10 distinguished first and second-generation Singaporean artists, namely Cultural Medallion recipients Ang Ah Tee, Chua Ek Kay, Lim Tze Peng, Ong Kim Seng, and Tan Choh Tee, alongside watercolourists Gog Sing Hooi and Leng Joon Wong, oil painters Lee Boon Wang and Koeh Sia Yong, as well as multidisciplinary maestro Tay Bak Koi.
Rumah Saya offers a rich visual narrative of the Singapore story. The collection of artworks details the evolving phases and faces of this vibrant city-state, showcasing paintings from as
early as 1976 and as recent as 2023. These pieces depict a wide array of iconic scenes, including the Singapore River, colonial architecture, traditional shophouses, and modern cityscapes.
