The Saigon Artbook, now in its 7th edition, is a non-profit community project that allows emerging contemporary artists to develop and showcase unpublished work on an international stage supported by a pool of designers, writers and curators. I, Me and Mine, the newest addition to the Saigon Artbook canon, explores the cornerstones of self: place, connection, appearance and perception – and how these continually interweaving elements shape the artistic and emotional expression that becomes fundamental to character.
SPRMRKT presents a special exhibition of the “I, Me & Mine” at SPRMRKT Daily from 7-14 March 2018. As part of this presentation, SPRMRKT will also host Long Dang co-founder of Inpages, and Giang Nguyen designer of Saigon Artbook, who will be speaking at the District Design Dialogue: Holland Village about indie-publishing culture in Saigon, the objectives behind Saigon Artbook and its artistic process.
