To celebrate Singapore’s 52nd National Day, and the 27th anniversary of the establishment of international relations with the People’s Republic of China, Ming Liu Art presents the “SG52 Singapore · China Fine Art Master Invitational Exhibition”.
Featuring distinguished Singaporean artists Mr. Lim Kay Hiong and Mr. Thang Kiang How, and Chinese artists Professor Zhang Lihua from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Mr Qi Hong from the Beijing Academy of Fine Arts, the exhibition will display close to a hundred pieces of artwork.
With Singapore’s well-developed painting culture, this will be a good opportunity for Singaporeans to appreciate the Chinese Art style in this cultural feast. Professor Zhang’s work showcases delicate brushwork and spellbinding details, and Mr. Qi’s bold and generous styles from Northern China are not be missed. This exhibition will lay the foundation and pave the way for future artistic exchanges between China and Singapore.
What makes this exhibition even more meaningful and special is having the late Mr. Fan Chang Tien’s masterpieces, thanks to the support of his daughter and son-in-law. Mr Fan was one of the most established and respected pioneer artists in Singapore.
