The National Arts Council (NAC) is seeking to commission innovative and exciting visual arts programmes which will take place during Singapore Art Week 2020. Artists, collectives, institutions, organisations and other art intermediaries are welcomed to participate in the Open Call. Applicants must be Singaporeans or Permanent Residents. Proposals that involve collaborations with foreigners are eligible, so long as at least half the artistic team / cast is Singaporean or Permanent Resident.
