Arts House Group (AHG) invites artists, enthusiasts and the public to rediscover the Civic District through the art of sketching at Sketch Up 2026 — a signature placemaking initiative that transforms public space into a shared canvas of creativity and connection. Taking place on Saturday, 24 January 2026, from 4pm to 7pm, the event will unfold across the National Gallery Singapore and Padang Field.
Participants will gather at Padang Field for a mass sketching session, where they can capture the striking architecture of the National Gallery Singapore alongside a vibrant community of fellow artists and enthusiasts – regardless of skill level, deepening appreciation for the precinct’s architectural and cultural heritage.
On event day, goodie bags containing exclusive merchandise will be given to the first 200 registered participants who check in, on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are required to bring their personal sketching materials and tools for the event.
