Small-Town Stories by Zhuang Wubin

In Small-Town Stories, Zhuang Wubin utilises photography and other media in an ethnographical mode, to visualise the cultural narratives of obscured Chinese communities around Southeast Asia. The artist’s personal journey is represented through the exhibition of his photography prints, reconstructed field notes, as well as a box he describes as a ‘portable museum’.

Exhibition Opening: Thursday, 27 October 2016, 9pm

Exhibition Dates: 28 October 2016 – 1 January 2017

Artist Talk: Saturday, 12 November 2016, 2-3pm
