Join VII photographer Sim Chi Yin for a discursive one-day workshop on taking one
step beyond telling the stories, on advocating with your pictures. She will discuss the
practice and ethics of doing so, through dissecting her four-year Dying To Breathe
project which has been published through multiple channels in different languages and
countries: online as a photo essay with text and audio, a short film, radio piece, and is
the basis of an advocacy campaign she has mapped out.
