Four artists who bonded through art showcase their spectrum of dreams, colour, medium and genres. Their love of painting and printmaking have propelled these ladies to come together and collaborate to share their passion for their creative processes.
SPECTRUM is a world of individual artistic styles. The artworks are insights into the experience of each artist as they explored, imagined and interpreted their realm of “seeing”. Viewers will be captivated with the diversity of themes they encounter before them and be drawn into that which they gaze upon. What do I see? What do I feel? What memories does this artwork conjure up in me? When an artwork speaks to a person – that is the ultimate affirmation to its creator. A 2.5 hour workshop, conducted by one of the artists, will introduce participants to
the art of printmaking where they may make up to 3 prints. Early registration is required as each session is limited to a group of 10. As the carving process involves the use of sharp instruments, the minimum age of attendees is 16 years.
