This October, the National Museum of Singapore invites visitors to celebrate its 138th anniversary with a spooky cute twist! In collaboration with local artist Ven (@vensroom), four curious creatures from the museum’s William Farquhar Collection of Natural History Drawings – the koel, moonrat, mangrove snake, and grey-cheeked squirrel – have been reimagined as whimsical illustrations. These playful denizens of day and night bring a touch of imaginative spookiness for the season. Visitors who complete the stamp rally on weekends can also redeem an exclusive koel plush bag charm at the redemption booth, available in limited quantities.
