In this studio installation, Jeremy Sharma (Singapore) will explore ideas around information (its associated technologies) and distraction in his studio. Drawings, collages, photographs, chessboards and animation will be presented as strategies that occupy both physical and mental spaces.

Jeremy Sharma works primarily as a painter, his current multi-disciplinary practice investigates art as a reflection of a conscious life that observes it in the age of mechanical, industrial digital reproduction and interconnectivity.

Venue: Block 37 Malan Road, Studio #01-01

When: 29 May 2015, 7pm - 9pm

By: NTU Centre for Contemporary Art Singapore (NTU CCA Singapore)
