A collaboration between Vertical Submarine and professional gardener and NParks’ Community in Bloom ambassador Hazmah Osman, Terrarium as Diorama: Our Garden Narratives is an installation that ignites new thought about how the concept of the diorama and terrarium informs contemporary conditions of life. While rediscovering the gardens and landmarks found at the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the collective uses found objects and upcycled materials to present an installation of terrariums co-created with the Gardens’ community, in response to their shared memories and histories of the Gardens.
