Reminisce great music from before the 1990s! This intergenerational concert will feature popular theme songs from television dramas such as Hawaii Five-O and the kung fu hit, Once Upon a Time in China, as well as a Hokkien favourite “Hong Jin Tao” and other classic wind percussion pieces. Performed by Reverberance, a Wind Percussion ensemble comprising award-wining and youthful local musicians. Seeing much potential in developing music within the community, they formed a Silver Ensemble two years ago that is made up of mostly amateur seniors with a keen interest in learning Chinese percussion music.
