Imagine The World transforms an art studio space in MacPherson into a bustling art market right before the National Day public holiday. In this first edition of the Art Market, we explore the theme of a tea party, representative of a gathering of creative minds to experiment with the endless possibilities of art. This pop-up market is also organised for a good cause. Partnering with Singapore
Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO), partial proceeds from the event will be donated towards the organisation to further aid their cause of achieving gender equality in Singapore.
Drop by to browse the handcrafted goods sold by local creatives, nab yourself some food from local partners, enjoy the photo exhibition, or engage in various activities and workshops hosted by Room To Imagine (@roomtoimagine) and other artisans. From perfume making, acrylic pour art, or polymer clay workshops, to tarot card readings and jagua ink tattoos, there is a medley of activities to partake in. Pick up unique artisanal pieces ranging from handmade pottery to terrariums, earrings and other accessories. Bringing together up to 16 unique creative brands under one roof, this two-day event will be a great place to visit for a family outing, a couple’s date or for those who simply want to broaden their experience of the local art community in Singapore.
